Penticton Bike Course

Over 5 hours of the Pen­tic­ton Bike Course in this great wind trainer bike work out. All the hills and all the climbs. If you can’t get to the course for train­ing you need this DVD. The first 30 km of this ride can really fool you. If you go out too hard you’re gonna suf­fer in the end.

St. George Utah

This Iron distance course is tough. It lulls you into a false sense of complacency and then slaps you in the face hard.

This wind trainer bike workout consists of two parts. The first is a not so
challenging ride through the outskirts of the city of St. George. There are some inclines but nothing worth mentioning and on a clear day the temperature is nice for riding. It’s when you get to the double looped portion of the course that you will find the real challenge.

The scenery is beautiful with lots of rolling hills and one good short but steep climb. Once you reach the highway on the second lap you can count on a down hill run to the finish. Pray the wind is blowing in the right direction.

Coeur d’Alene, ID

Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Bike Course will keep you in and out of your seat for a great three hour workout.

This scenic wind trainer bike workout of the northern Idaho double looped course is filled with lots of hills and several technical turns…definitely a challenging ride!

The water temperatures can be cool here even in the middle of summer so you will need to be careful as you warm up on the bike. Too hard and you risk injury when your muscles are cold.

This two DVD set takes you around the two loops of the course. The south route takes you through town and out to the turn around at the bottom of Coeur d’Alene Lake. The second loop negotiates the beautiful wooded hills north of the city around Hayden Lake.

You have to ride both the DVD’s twice to get the in the full 180km.


Tempe Arizona

Tempe Arizona – A great two DVD set that gives you a good overview of the Tempe Bike Course and some of the beautiful Arizona desert all in an indoor wind trainer bike workout.

Another great wind trainer cycling workout. This three lap Iron distance track is flat. A flat course can wear you out just as fast as a hilly one. If you stay in one position for a long time you can really cramp up. A good practice is to sit up every now and then to stretch and give your back a rest, even on the wind trainer.

The three laps consists of two main parts each. The in-town roads are a bit rough in places and there are a lot of turns.

The second part, or what we call the desert loop, heads out north into the desert north of Tempe. You can get a pretty good desert wind out there in the afternoon and that can make your last loop a tiring one.
