Main Street to McLean Creek Road through OK Falls and Oliver – 1:13 hour workout simulating a relatively flat ride to the 1 km climb on McLean Creek Road, a fast descent into OK Falls and an easy ride through the vineyards of Okanagan wine country!

Richter Pass & the Rollers Beyond – :59 minute simulation of the 11 km Richter Pass climb and up and over the series of scenic rolling hills leading into Keremeos. This workout will really help to prepare you for race day!

Keremeos Flats & the Cawston Out-&-Back Section – 1:35 hour spin simulation of the stretch of road that clearly mark the flats and onto the seemingly long and challenging, slightly hilly out-&-back section that can really take its toll!
